1. Do your parts come with any warranty?

All items sold at Global Dismantlersexcept for airbags, computer/modules, tires, sheet metals have a free warranty, ranging from 90 days to 5 years. Visit our warranty information page to learn in detail.

2. Do you have delivery?

Yes, we provide delivery in all the states & free shipping is available on all online orders.

3. Can you ship the parts to a repair facility?

Yes, we can ship the parts to your residence, business, or repair facility. Specify the location & the name and address in your order.

4. Do you sell aftermarket parts?

No, we don’t sell aftermarket parts. We sell OEM parts and rebuilt parts.

5. What comprises an engine purchase from Global Dismantlers?

The engine includes blocks, heads, crankshafts, oil pumps, camshafts, pistons, rockers. It may come with extra parts such as sensors & these are not under any warranty. They aid in the convenience of installation.

6. What comprises a transmission purchase from Global Dismantlers?

All our transmissions may come with accessories like modulators, sensors, electrical controls, linkage, mounts, seals, gaskets, or fluids. These accessories are not in the warranty.

7. What if the part I receive does not fit my vehicle?

If you receive a distinct part than you ordered, notify us by calling our number. Global Dismantlers is not responsible for extra costs for customer errors during purchase.

8. What is your return policy?

Returnable parts are subject to acceptance by Global Dismantlers subject to a 25% restocking fee.

9. Do you buy vehicles?

Yes, if you live near the Modesto area, California, we buy vehicles for cash. We also tow for free within a 50-mile radius of Modesto, CA. Click here for a quote.

10. How may I check the order status?
